How to Initiate a Return

Pack items securely in their original packaging and ship to the provided address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
