Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

EU Shipping

Customs and Import Duties

We currently ship within the EU only, so no customs or import duties apply. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date:

• Package has not arrived within the expected timeframe
• Package shows as delivered but was not received
• Package arrived damaged
• Wrong items received

We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
